This 3-week workshop will be available as either a hybrid online & in-person workshop or online-only. Each evening will start online with Charles for a 90min lecture, followed by a 90minute work period (if in-person).
The first class will cover tool identification, material inventory & discussion, tool making demonstration including how to make a pitch stick, how to make a burnisher using a broken bur and more!
The second class will start with a review of students homework and a class discussion followed by a demo on bur use and the do's and don'ts of seat cutting as well as setting tips & tricks.
The final class will start with a show and tell, then into trouble shooting and what issues may impact flush setting success, and finish with a review of the class content and any Q&A's students may have.
